Rude, aggressive and a time waster.
Was not happy that reception wouldnt put him through to the MD.
Reception put him through to me, he went on a 5 minute tangent about how rude WE are and that the will be making a complaint about US because we dont accept unsolicited calls.

Caller: Frank

'Frank' called me from PH Group wanting to speak to the owner (he had the owners names) and said he had spoken to them previously. He did not want to give me any information about what it was in regards except 'PH Group' and 'I have spoken to him previously', he started getting aggressive, so I spoke to my boss to see if he knew anything about it, he did not. Went back to Frank and said my boss is not available can I take a message - he again would not give me any information and was getting quite angry. I said bluntly I am not going to pass any random phone call onto the owners without any information so he will need to give me more information. He refused, started rambling a few competitors names off, I still said no and he gave up and said he would email my boss (he won't).
Absolute PEST.

Caller: Frank from PH Group

Frank claims he spoke to me in December and that I agreed for them to prepare messaging for our phone system. Claims they worked with Temperzone. Says his people worked over Christmas reviewing our website and preparing some suitable messages. Wants Shea to come out and present the recordings.

Rude & aggressive. Yelled out our competitors name a few times then hung up. We tried ringing back and just got the run around. Block this number (03) 9008 4214.

Caller: PH Group

This guy called himself Adam Jarvis and "pretended" to know the business saying they are working on a project together. As soon as this was questioned he wanted to end the call. LOL

Now calling Sydney numbers, Adam Taylor from PH Group asked to speak to the boss as above comments, he hung up when I asked him about the company so I call back. Adam Taylor answered the phone but had to think what Company he was from. When I asked "is that you Adam" he said he is on the other line I will transfer you, it wen to a message bank to leave details.

Rude. Wouldn't give name or details of what company does. Hung up in mid conversations when asked questions about the company. Don't answer. Block caller

Caller: Bit of a f*ckstick

Asked for the owner, no interest in talking about what the call was about. Gruff as f*ck. Block this clown.

Caller: Fraser - PH Group

A bloke called Fraser from PH Group asking for the owner of the business by name and pressing hard to get his direct contact details. Seemed like a telemarketer and judging from other online comments I wasn't far off the mark.

Asked if I work for a trucking company. Wanted my name. ITS SPAM!

Caller: Joseph

Called from a private number and asked for the manager by name. The caller claimed to speak to the manager a while ago and said that he would call him again next time he was in Victoria. Mentioned something about Flowcrete and asked for my managers mobile phone number, which i did not give. I know everything that goes on in this office as there is only myself and the manager. Told Joseph that i would take a message and get the manager to call him back! Gave me this number to call. Sounded like a call centre.

This guy keeps ringing and annoying the sh*t out of me. UK business with big pricing to match, recordings sound great but for the cost!...….really!!! keep it in OZ i say...……….glen, Mornington VIC.

Caller: Tom from PH Group

Claimed he had talked to one of our company directors 8-9 months ago. He said he couldn't tee up a time for an appointment last time he was in town, since he works in Melbourne, which was obviously a lie. Said he works with Certis and Land Solutions, presumably another lie, but wouldn't tell me what the call was about.

Tried to get through on a number of occasions using "I know his colleague in xxxx"

I called back and then was disconnected after I asked if they were selling me anything...... I have no time for these jokers!

Caller: Adam Taylor

Caller who asked for the owner of the business by name. The caller Adam Taylor, claimed to have talked to the owner and said they talked a couple of months back. He Wanted to set up a meeting with the owner.

I rang once and got disconnected

Guy called, couldn’t pronounce my name and I couldn’t understand where he was from. I asked him to tell me what he wanted quickly and they hung up. I believe possibility a call centre.
