Hi people,

this phone number belongs to a credit provider / debt collection agency called CIT Credit Australia.

To be honest their customer service and they way they conduct their business is very unprofessional.

If they are a debt collecter agency why donesn't anyone speak to you then?? I have had these calls and no one ever comes to the phone no matter how long you hold for and I don't have any debts?? I thought they might have been one of those agency's like for the commonwealth bank that tries to get you sign up for insurance or something?? I plan on ringing Telsta and asking them.... Will post the answer if I get one......

Got a call from this number and when I call back is always busy. Could someone please help me find out who they are. Thanks

CIT are related to DELL computers ... I'm having the devils' own with this because I pay REGULARLY, a day before the DUE DATE but CIT have a different date, so therefore start shrieking that "I'm late, I'm late, for a very important date" ... I am simply ignoring them, and their letters ... even last month, when I paid the monthly due TWICE .. they still managed to ring ...Stupid people .. not at all impressed and will NEVER go through DELL ever, ever, ever again just for THAT reason (although the computer is awesome, their finance company suck)

Hi all - Thank-you. We just missed a call from that number. Didn't answer it because didn't recognise the number. Appreciate the heads up. Won't bother calling back.

Does any one know the name of this company?I have missed several calls and everytime I phone back I instantly get a busy tone...???
