Caller: Via Email This is a false billing scam. They pretend to be Norton 360 and send you a fake bill. You call them and they connect to your computer edit the HTML of your bank account and make it look like you have been refunded too much. Then they get you to return the money that was fake in the first place. Do not fall for it.
