Claiming there is lawsuit case being lodged against me with ATO???

I got an electronic voice telling me that if I didn't call there would be an arrest warrant issue for me.

Told me I have been randomly checked for TFN miscalculations & an arrest warrant was out for me. Asked me if I had a lawyer. Told them I'm a tax agent with ATO and he hung up on me

Is this the ATO?

Called to say 'the moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division number. Now if we don't hear from you, we have to issue arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested. Thank you' - not sure they realise their bad grammar is a give away! :)
