Caller: Anna Robinson D916294 Pretended to be from Telstra offering discounted services. Knew two of my email addresses and mobile number. Asked me to write down her details in case I needed to contact her. Then sent an email to one of my emails to "confirm it was me". Email was from Microsoft Support and was a two factor code that she would have used to reset my Microsoft password / account. When challenged why Telstra would be sending me an email from Microsoft, she made up an excuse about them being related. I said that wasn't true and she hung up immediately. Also used phone number (02) 8644 9547

Caller: Anna Robinson D916294 was told this is a call back number for Telstra billing services. I challenged the person on the phone about it being a scam call from Telstra and they assured me it wasn't and gave me the number above to call them back on. Rang Telstra and was told this number was not a Telstra number.
