Tries to get a callback with "phone will be cutoff" scam

My phone speculates that it's potential fraud. So I didn't bothered to answer it.

Received a call from this number that I rejected at the time. Tried calling it back later and received a message from Telstra saying that the mobile number has been disconnected, even though this isn't a mobile number
