recorded message left pretending to be from amazon prime threatening to make an auto payment for an account I don't have

A woman claiming to be from the the NBN - the delay on the line at the start of the call and her indian accent say otherwise. Claims NBN is in the area "upgrading cables " and that this "won't cost you anything." Then wanted to know what devices were connected to the modem, etc, so I pushed back asking why that matters. She then asked me to do a speedcheck and I said "Well if you're upgrading the service then the speeds don't matter" and she promptly hung up!
