Called at about 4.45 pm on Thursday. Didn’t answer because I didn’t recognise the number. Left a message. An accented voice with an assertive / bossy tone said my phone did not have “normal usage” and the service was about to end. Select 1 for English or 2 for Chinese language. …. Absolute RUBBISH. Scam. Block.

Called me at 3:57pm on Tuesday and claimed to be the Immigration department. It started with a voice message and then said press 1 for english, I pressed one and it transferred me to a lady. Once I spoke to her she asked me for my name so that she could confirm my identity to tell me what the "problem" was. I then hung up.
