Either a telemarketer or scammer - the only message was "Hello" twice, spoken by someone with a subcontinental accent - either Indian or Pakistani at a guess.

Received calls from these number three days in a row. The first time I answered, the caller said nothing at all. The second time I missed the call. On the third call, I stayed silent after picking up — the caller said "Hello" a few times and then hung up without calling back. Typical robocall/auto-dialer behavior. Likely a scam or telemarketer. Recommend blocking this number.
