Was marked as spoofed. Numbers that start with 03 9003 are almost all marked as spoofed

Caller: ICARE Called saying they are from ICARE and were conducting a survey about Private Health Insurance. Asked various questions, I was suspicious and ended call. Called ICARE and they have advised that they are not calling people to conduct Private Health Surveys. Be aware of PH' s : (03) 9003 8261, 8292, 8284, 8225, 8242 8203, 3288, 3260 & 3211. Just checked all previous call history on my phone and all of these have come up.
