Caller: Icare Australian man saying he was doing market research on health insurance, when I told him who I was with and how much I paid he said he would pass my details on to other companies to find the best cover to which I said no I do not want my details passed on as I have the cover I want. He said it three more times that he was going to pass it on and I told him again no do not pass my details on. I’m asking you not to and he didn’t listen and just said okay I’ll pass it on and I kept telling him not to and to do the right thing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
