Caller: I don't know Woman stated she was from Telstra. She claimed that my IP address was changed from private to public which allowed hackers to get into my IP address. She was going to talk me through the process of being able to change it back to " Private". So I informed her that I would rather contact Telstra myself personally and she immediately hung up. I don't know why 🤷♀️

Answered phone. Long pause and click, then someone asked about the issues with my Telstra internet connection. I'm not with Telstra, so I hung up
