they claimed they are from Telstra to fix my mobile phone's Internet IP public address issue and asked me to follow up with their instructions. Not sure it's truth.

Claimed to be from Telstra saying that my IP address had changed from private to public and to follow their instructions. I told them 'thanks for telling me!' And they hung up on me.
