Missed call - when returned an American accent recorded message stated I had phoned Customer Service (zero organisation details); ended call and now blocked number

Caller: Spam Knew my name and maiden name then enquired on my telstra service - which I have not had for over 20 years. When advised they hung up. Clearly scam call using old details

Caller: Potential fraud Got a missed call from this number. Looked here and it was potential fraud so have blocked the number.

Caller: James This call was supposedly from Telstra Cyber Security. Was a call that kept fading in and out. Very crackly. I will take the information to Telstra Office.
