Claimed to be Telstra letting me know that my IP address had been hacked and reset from private to public and offering to walk me through fixing the problem. Would not accept that I would not do this for someone randomly calling me who I could not verify as being from telstra.

I got this same call today, I asked for the details in an email, claimed to not be able to do so only phone access only

Caller: Lady

Called to say that there were from Telstra and that the property had internet issues. When I asked the property address and name account was under she responded that I was rude and told me to go to hell.

Indian Call center, electricity comparison company trying to get me to change over. When i said no thanks not interested, wouldn’t leave me alone. So I hang up
