one of the many numbers the same scam company uses. Claims they are calling about some special on my electricity account - I don't have an electricity account in my name.

Answered call and they just hung up.

Cold call from a purported energy company. Could not even get my name correct. HUNG UP!

Claimed he was part of the electricity company that I am signed up with- for starters I don't have an electricity account and I had never heard of the fake company.

These losers called at 1:48 PM on a weekday and hung up immediately after guess what happens when you try to call them back? You get surcharges on outward calls for calling a special number (it's listed as a hotline or something and costs 6x more than a regular phone call in Australia).
