Strange calls received after researching Vaccinations and Cancer that seem to be done for the purpose of loging in to you network? Returning the calls gets a quick answering service? But no records can be found on reverse phone look up? I suspect that the ISP or the watch dog are uneasy regarding peoples research into medical issues. When the line phone is answered NO ONE taks to you they just hang up. This may be an automated system call centre? Big Brother is watching?
