Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Received call, didn't answer allowed to go to voice mail. Caller did not leave message. Phoned back with my caller ID turned-off - call immediately disconnected. Suspicious, most likely nuisance call.

Caller: Caller from 'Energy Saver'

Said they compare energy suppliers and sources. He knew my address and wanted to confirm it - he was just digging for personal information. Made me feel uncomfortable. When I said I had moved, he hung up. Dodgy.
I've had a similar call from legitimate suppliers in the past.

Mobile sent the call to my Scam file

Caller: Supposedly from vic govt about shower heads

Scam caller I had already received these items possibly got my number from the firm which provided and installed them

Caller from unknown source. Foreign accent asking if I have received funds from the Government. Requested information.

Didn't answer. I let it go to voicemail.
Male voice left a voicemail, just saying Hello over and over. Can hear busy call centre in the background.
Seems likely to be a scam or call centre nuisance call
