and also they said that they would offer me a 24 month membership to their research house for free which included annual reviews of my property portfolio for free. Im so appreciative I've met with FSA.

I've decided to go with these guys. Peter is the perfect person to guide us for the future.

Do not deal with them,they are builder's man and are there to rip you off.....Avoid avoid avoid

Have decided not to pursue investing through Future Security. Was told by the sales person that if we did not use them, we would receive a refund of the sign up fee. +- $300.00.
Three e mails to date and not a word on our refund. Funny how they are all over you when they sniff a deal!
I will not be giving up on this one!

I got appointment with future security on wednesday i don't know what to expect. Please let me know anybody have any information recently or your experience with them recently.

This company has helped me invest in 2 properties and my home mortgage is plummeting. They have cleaned up my whole financial position. Now I can look forward to a financially secure retirement

I also worked with them for a little while, most dodgy racist people I have ever worked with.

I worked for them for about a month, at first they seemed ok but the longer I was there the more dodgey they seemed. Not only were their expectations ridiculous but they were incredibly racist, not wanting any ethnic customers. The script is misleading and stupid and they treat everyone like sh*t.

I have worked for them as a rep for some 6 weeks. Not only do they screw people but even us.
Go with your gut feeling and dont be afrraid to say NO

Yes this company is run by a guy who has been banned as a director in the past. They get paid over $30,000 to seel mugs these terrible apartments. Stay away from them

I purchased an investment property from these guys last year after they helped me reduce my mortgage the previous 2 years and they are definitely not scammers. They were upfront with me about what they do and the fees involved, and have helped me a lot get my mortgage under control and start investing in property with the help of my tax dollars, which was what I personally wanted to do. If thats not what you're looking at doing it may be a waste of time seeing them

Hey people, we received a call from future security last year and went for a 2 hour session, they teach you how to invest on properties. How to pay off your mortgage within 8 years. What a catch!!! What they don't mention that they are hired by developers that aren't selling properties in the cbd area. They are apartments that cost between 400 and 600 thousands dollars. They charge you over $7000 for their service fee plus whatever the vendors pay them on the side. If your mortgage doesn't approve, they will still charge you the their $7000+ fee.Your choice if you want to use them.

My complaints about this company are many.
Initially they contacted me on my unlisted number through a telemarketer . 15th Sept 2013 .
They deceived me from here in many other ways from here on.
Stay away from this company as they are skilled salesman who are not working in your best interest . They don't take no for an answer unless you are strong . Boy have i learnt a lesson .
