This is an amazing company to deal with. I purchased with Future Security Australia about 6 years ago and my investment property has gone from strength to strength. Ive recently been in contact with FSA to purchase my second IP, at least to compare what they have to something I'm looking at in Geelong. The staff are professional and very knowledgable. you should at least give them the benefit of the doubt and listen to them rather than disgruntled staff trolls that write facelessly online. its always good at least to take their knowledge and profit from it.

So this great company you are talking about has cost my family there dream home because we were told to purchase an apartment in Travancore Melbourne. We got told it's the next toorak. Well if we sell it now after giving them $70000 in commission for their magnificent insight we will loose over $150000. So we've sold our home to try and decrease our mortgage. Remember they rang us,we didn't chase them. If anyone has any legal advise they can give, our family would appreciate it. These companies cannot get away with destroying people's life's.

We started the Mortgage Buster program in December 2015 and so far have found it easy to follow and implement. It did take an extra couple of weeks to finalise the budget due to awry emails, but they were very helpful (especially Fiona) in making sure it was working for us once the program started.

How do they get away with it. I find it staggering they call themselves future security. I'm not saying everything they advise is bad, but in our circumstances in which they advised we are now in financial trouble. Should they be held accountable? I wonder how many others purchased apartments at Travancore in Melbourne from future security and have been burnt. After purchasing many years ago and after the bank valuing the apartment and the valuation coming back so low, we were told the banks have a habit of lowing the price. Alarms should have gone off then. We purchased it for approx $495000 and if we sell now there selling for $320000. Then we have to take out realestate fees. Over the past 5 years this has destroyed my families mental state and taken away our future security. Funny they can call themselves that. We were recently told the sales person had left and started there own business. God help the people he gets hold of. But future security should be held accountable for employing him. I am still so mad about putting my family in this situation because l answered a property spruikers phone call. I am not going to give up on this. Any others out there please respond.

Brian is incredible. He recruits the most amazing staff, I bought a property from him in 2010 he was amazing then and is amazing now. It's been 6 years and I'm buying another 3 properties from him. We love Brian I'm going to start a fan club.

This company is the finest investment house in all of Melbourne. They have exceeded all our expectations.

Received a call today 12/02/2013 and it is still Future Security. They somehow have my mobile number - not sure how. Definitely still spammers.

Called wanting to know about our financial position and offered a free in house consultation. I did some research with colleagues and sound like they are property marketers fishing for unsuspecting people to sell underperforming properties to on behalf of developers. Personally, hang up and seek further professional advice.

You're none too faceful yourself Jennifer, being impossible to trace. How would anyone know that you are not the seedy owner of this company?

I too have lost 150000 thanks too their great advise also at Travancore something needs to be done to make these people accountable

FSA - if you meet with them they will just push you into a investment property, won't tell you everything and won't give you copies of paperwork
