On the DO NOT CALL register, and yet still recieved a call?!

Second call this week.   Anyway, i gave Simply Tel  on 1300 822 955 a courtesy call to ask to speak to the "business owner" just as they do, apparently the business owner was not there so i got through to a manager.  They are not Telstra resellers and do not represent Telstra.  I fired the telemarketer questions back to him, how much does he pay per month, does he want unlimited calls etc.  He was a real sport he played along, says that the call center do not deserve their 2c commission sometimes.  I made him aware that their telemarketer caller claimed to be from telstra.  Put him on hold til he hung up.  Waste my time, i'll waste yours buddy!

Maybe it's the other side trying to contact us. lol the dark side of the mood or john edwards crossed over buddies.

Received a call from Paul at Simply Tel from this number, trying to change over Telstra customers & when I declined he was very rude & hung up on me. Tried to call him back & no answer.

Just had a call from this number in South Australia at 9am.
Went like this:
Me: "Goodmorning, how can i can i help you?"
Him: "Hello, my name is Matt, I'd like to speak to the business Owner. It's regarding the landlines".
Me: "Sorry, he's not in the office at the moment, could i take a message?"
Him: "Sure, if he could give me a call back on 03 9765 13 go f*ck yourself-"
At that point he quickly hung up. I was surprised, he sounded friendly, and i wasn't being rude. What a nice way to start the morning.

Received a call from this number today, I answered and they just hung up. I'll be returning the "courtesy" should they ring back.
