I also have been called twice by this number. Green Solar or something. Could it be Telstra or other phone companies pushing up our bills.

I had a hang up from this number, called back and got a recording, the name of the company conveniently cut out while being said then telling me i may be recorded, then hanging up on me. called back a few times, each time the company name was cutting out, not interference - intentional i dare say!

Called number got recored voice saying I have called Live Green Solar and may be recorded, then hangs up

Yes I got called on my Voip line with this one too I'd like to know who it was.

They've called me twice in two days, but no message left. I called back this evening (after business hours) and the call went through to a voicemail message that said I'd called outside office hours and asked me to leave my name and number for a representative to could call me back so I don't "miss out on this exciting offer to switch to solar".
