No. Your computer doesn't send your phone number, and no technician will call you out of the blue.
It's a scam. It's an attempt to infect your computer and steal your ID, bank details and generally make your life hell.

I got a call from this number saying they are Windows Service Techs and that my computer has been sending errors that they can fix for me and I've been asked to follow steps to connect my computer to a server where they can fix these errors. Is this legitimate?
