When I answered the call I got ring tone as if I was calling them. A person answered. When I asked why he was calling me he said something about me winning free calls and internet. He then asked if my phone was prepaid or not. At that I gave the silent treatment until he hung up. The same number called me 30 seconds later. I rejected the call & put it on my phones black list. I think I have previously had calls from this number which I have let ring out.

Just block the caller, don't waste your time. I have been receiving call from this number this past week only to be hung up on everytime. When I tried to return the call the number is not available. So annoying especially when it's a business number they are calling.
