Called back and had an automated message that this is a company, 'Skytech limited'. Searched this on the internet and came up as a company in Hong Kong.

have called5 times in a row across a few hours but my phone logs it as spam

It's something about led lights. They called me 5 times today even after I said I'm not interested.
