I called back. This is the RACV. They are calling to prompt me to renew my roadside cover as it is overdue.

It's just RACV and they cut me a sweet deal for roadside so I ain't complaining

Its RACV calling regarding Emergency Roadside Assist, if you ask for a discount on your roadside they will give it to you, they also can email you the receipt after you pay.

It is reversed so if answered charges go to person called .. a scam
