I made a transfer from my NAB account to another account while I had a remote desktop session enabled. Flagged as a possible malicious transfer by NAB due to the remote desktop sessions in progress. Caller only asked for my full name, no account information and was just verifying that I had made the transfers, that I did have remote desktop in play, and that I was not being coerced/forced to make the transaction by a third party. Definitely a legit call. But again, if someone asks for your account numbers or account information, always ask for a callback number, verify that callback number is registered to the company, and call them before giving out any details that could compromise your accounts.

Legit number. NAB fraud , sent text to say they froze my online banking due to suspicious transaction. ( checked online, account was frozen) Rang them and got it sorted out. 👍

Banks and Credit card companies can (and do) call you when they flag possible malicious things on your account. Would love to downvote your remark.

Banks do not call you. Avoid and block number it is a scam phishing.

Claimed to be NAB Fraud Department but wanted me to identify myself and my business. Strange!

This number is legitimate. They got my money back from the fraudsters
