Caller: NAB Fraud Dept I made a transfer from my NAB account to another account while I had a remote desktop session enabled. Flagged as a possible malicious transfer by NAB due to the remote desktop sessions in progress. Caller only asked for my full name, no account information and was just verifying that I had made the transfers, that I did have remote desktop in play, and that I was not being coerced/forced to make the transaction by a third party. Definitely a legit call. But again, if someone asks for your account numbers or account information, always ask for a callback number, verify that callback number is registered to the company, and call them before giving out any details that could compromise your accounts.

Caller: NAB Fraud Dept Banks and Credit card companies can (and do) call you when they flag possible malicious things on your account. Would love to downvote your remark.
