Caller claimed to be from NAB, and claimed needed to do customer full details check - asked for full name & date of birth - I saids would go in person to the bank and do that if needed. Contacted NAB on 132265 to discover call was a scam.

Everyone, I work at NAB and I got this call and thought it's scam, so I denied to answer any question and I hung up. So I went to our team and confirmed that they are legit, but they call and asks some random questions out of a blue if you are not Australian Citizen or some specific cases, but I can confirm it's NOT scam.

Message claimed their name was Padma from NAB Due Diligence, (i don't answer numbers I don't know), I am assuming it is a scam because I do not hold any accounts with NAB. I also received a follow up text message about 5 mins later.

NAB every 12 months calls to check details. Annoying but legit call.

Same call happened to me. She said she is from NAB and need some info about my address. Don't even confirm your info with them

It's definitely NAB. Never heard of them or anyone else doing such a thing, though. Just rock up to your local NAB Branch... if you have one, and 100pt ID check and they should stop pestering you.
