Caller claimed to be from NAB, and claimed needed to do customer full details check - asked for full name & date of birth - I saids would go in person to the bank and do that if needed. Contacted NAB on 132265 to discover call was a scam.

Same call happened to me. She said she is from NAB and need some info about my address. Don't even confirm your info with them

Caller: NAB Customer Due Diligence Team It's definitely NAB. Never heard of them or anyone else doing such a thing, though. Just rock up to your local NAB Branch... if you have one, and 100pt ID check and they should stop pestering you.
