Caller: Origin

I recently switched supplier from Origin for a better deal and they called offering to match if I'd switch back. I told them that when my previous contract was up for renewal they should have made the offer then and not after I switched. It seems the only way to get a good deal out of Origin is to switch away from them first.

Somebody called me today her name is claire according her, trying to convince to have a big discount for my gas and i told her thats a good deal bigdiscount but i told her i dont trust anybody in giving my details and she said its ok i just only have a few interview but i didnt give her time for interview i just told her just post it on my mail so that i can read it clearly then if it suite me i will call you back. But she is so persistent for the interview and thats the time i can smell something fishy so i insisted her to mail it to me thats the time she give up and said yes i will mail it to you thank you. Some people try to catch in their tricky ways so be extra carefull in dealing business thru pone only...

I recently switched power supplier from Origin to another. This number has been calling on my home phone about twice a day for a fortnight. I have my phone on silent. They're wasting their own time

Call from (02) 9252 1784 - from 'fraud..." automatic voice.. and hung up

Relentless. Just keep calling and calling

Thank you as I have been getting a lot of phone calls which are marketing or worse so I received a phone call from our power provider as I am changing plans to another provider and she wanted to improve my plan. I asked her to phone tomorrow and took her return phone number but used your service to see if she was genuine and was grateful that the number I was given was an Origin phone number. Thank you Kathy

Origin Energy trying to get me from switching to another supplier.Loay the agent lied to me to try to get me to stay saying its an Australian owned company, the facts state otherwise not fully.

I would never trust or go with a company that lies after trying to get you to stay. if he was more honest then i may have stayed.Also i find there customer service slow and take days to get back to you!

Rang because I’ve changed my energy provider. Tried offering big discounts. Got defensive when I said I’d changed to a fully Aust. owned and run company.

We have just changed from Origin and they are trying to verify same.
