They called me everyday for a week asking the same thing

Leave a dam message I cant answer my mobile during work hours and a return number would be great

Nab read this... Maybe look at why ppl r behind on payments, and instead of harassing us welcome us with letters to try understand ppl as individuals.. Once loan is paid my partner and I will be closing all accounts with nab!!

Harassment 10 + calls a day

If you calling regarding any collection,try to leave a voice message with a name.

This is the minimum courtesy you need to have.

I hope one day that nab collections reads these pages. I cannot answer my personal phone when I am at work, and they ring up to 10 times a day, as well as when I am driving home. Some of the calls are less than 2 minutes apart. This is absolute harrassment. I am aware that my personal loan payment has only 1/2 been made, but hell, I get paid every fortnight, so obviously the payment will go through on Thursday like it always does. I only wish I had the money to pay it out in full so that I can get away from them. Will be reporting to the ombudsman very soon.

I can't answer my phone at work. Just leave a message like a normal person.

get 2-3 call at night for the last 2 week when you answer they hang up try and call back with no answer not happy

Im not even with NAB and its a new number so no one has it yet how can they call? They have called so many times!

Their staff are bullies on the phone :(

they called me 15 times in one day! STALKERS

nobody was speaking and hung up after a few seconds
been happening a couple times a day for a month

So it's NAB. Unbelievable. They called me 4 times on Thur evening. 3 times on Fri evening and now on Sat morning. It's harrasment. I will be closing all business I do with NAB on Monday morning.

Called me about 20+ times over 4-5 days. It's a Melbourne number, didn't answer it because didn't know who it was. They didn't leave a message either so had no idea who was calling. If they want people to call back let us know it's the NAB calling.

STOP CALLING AT NIGHT! 9pm is UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
