Pain in the neck - am sick of call from this number and all other ones begging me to donate or buy tickets. - We should be allowed to also block these calls.

I am receiving calls from this number on my mobile up to a dozen times a day.
When I answer there is no reply and although I wait for up to five minutes sometimes, it then reverts to a busy signal.
After weeks of this, I no longer answer but am fed up with this constant annoyance.
Something has to be done to stop this!
