I just had it too.. funny thing is I just applied for a job with Westpac like 10mins ago. I do not bank with them though. Not impressed at all....

I received calls from this number EVERY DAY at the same time for 6 weeks. I never answered, but when I rang it back, I got a voicemail that said it was some type of marketing research company. They eventually gave up their stalk. NO idea where they got my mobile phone number from, as I have mine listed with DO NOT CALL register.

Just got a call from this on my mobile. Decided not to answer it. Didnt leave a voicemail. Interesting as i less than 2 weeks ago opened a bank account at westpac.

received a call from (03) 8862 7400 said was doing survey for westpac didnt ask for any banking details just about customer service at my local bank.do i need to worry about this call or imform my bank?

Just received a call, no message left and I also have a silent number (supposedly).

This number called me and asked for my bank details. I am not stupid so i just said no and hung up but it defiantly sounds like a scam..

said they were conducting market research for a bank. DM consulting something like that in melbourne !!!!!

Received call from this number said was banksa. But it wasnt.

exact same experience - cal from (03) 8862 7400, no message left, unable to return call.
