Caller: Said they were from ‘Bag a Deal’

Clearly an offshore operator trying to sell electricity. Was quite rude and didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. I’m afraid my language became quite unparliamentary when I ended the call. Have blocked the number but no guarantee. What kind of regulations could save us from this daily assault of toxic phone calls????
