This caller rings at 9.30 at night. He starts with introducing himself and trying to tell me where he was from. I stopped him and told him it was rude to be calling at this time. He then started being rude. I told him that it was offensive ringing people at this time of the night. He then tried to say he was the police. I swore at him. He continued to say that isn’t the correct way to speak with police and then hung up. These people are pests.
