Very likely one of those energy 'brokers'. I am regularly getting calls from these kind of new numbers. These numbers are When I don't answer them they never leave a message --> strong indicator that it was a telemarketing call.

I hung up as soon as they spoke, no idea what the were trying to sell. Have rang 3 times today
