Caller: Scammers

Claims to be from an Electricity completely, same old blah blah blah

When I rang back the phone was answered by a machine with a ringtone (as if the number is ringing) then another machine voice said goodbye and hung up. This is a scam to verify that the number they called ie your number is real and they will probably sell it to telemarketers etc. don't return the call unless your number is not displayed.

Call identified as coming from Ringwood. I hid my number and called back twice to confirm what was said upon answering. Both times answered by what appeared to be men with Indian accents trying to use Aussie slang..."Thanks for calling Deal Checker. How are ya doing". Number now blocked.
