INDIAN SCAM calls based on decade old personal info sold in the black market

Heavy indian accent, first caller claimed she was from Australian Bureau of Statistics and they do a survey every 5 years. Gave them all the made up info. At least 5 other ppl called me later and kept calling me every hour from 9am to 7pm for the next 1 week. I just blocked and reported them.

They only have my 10yr old address and misspent last name from the black market. These lowlifes won't fool me.

88070917 - Indian Female told me she was from the ABS & doing a 1 in 5 year survey on working people - wanted to know how many hours I worked. I asked for the No. & told her I'd check it out & call back as there are so many scammers out there.
Recorded message stated the No. is not available then DIDX

Indian frausters operating an ATO scam, they're very nasty and sound harsh and scary making out that you'll die in jail if you dont give them western union money order or your credit card info to cover 'what you owe the ATO" complete crap.

I wish there was a can of something I could spray down my phone when scammers like this leave messages, so they could just buzz, squirm, crawl under their desk, and cark it like a fly

Just got a call from this number. Heavy Indian accent and asking for 20 seconds which turns into 5 minutes. I just tell them that I don't have time and that I am not interested and hang up. They keep calling and I keep adding the numbers to my blocked caller listing so with a bit of luck I will cover all of their numbers and be left in peace

I had a missed call from this number today so called it back. Like Peter's comment on the 10th of July, I couldn't understand the recorded message but it was something about Didx radio and I need to change some setting on my phone account

Heavy Indian accent and do not give up even though were told the phone number is no longer registered to the name they wanted. Absolutely rude. Had been told to stop calling but continue to do so. Ugly lot of scammers!!!

Definitely a scam. Love the way these bastards lose their cool and abuse you when they realise they're not getting anywhere! My advice - ask them to hold, and walk away for about half an hour. They won't be there when you return, and hopefully their phone bill will have suffered!

A call from EBS, which I think the same bogus government rebate thing been receiving for the past few years, especially around end of financial year... Employee Benefit Solution or something like that. Just hang up, don't waste your time.

Employee benefit services. Told them I'm not interested and to stop calling. Guy told me bad luck and that he'll call me every day.
