There is silence on the other end of the line until you say anything, then an Automated message starts claiming to be surveying the impact of the changes in interest rate.
Multiple questions are asked and a beep indicates when you’re meant to answer.

Call identifed as possible scam by Google phone app when it called. Did not leave a message

Got a call from this number, no one spoke from the other end. Tried calling back, received this number is out of service.

Definite Spam caller - tried calling back and recording states "out of service" - I suggest people to Block this number on their phone

area code 03 saying Melbourne on screen although when I recall the number is "out of service"
