Caller: Scammers Rang numerous times and keep doing so from numbers ending in 30 through 60. Dandenong 8797 but I’m guessing their location is no where near
When leaving a message on my voicemail they don’t introduce themselves, no names, no company and no reason for the call.
Then after repeating hello half a dozen times and repeating my name over and again it cuts into a pre recorded message stating that since there’s no answer the call will be disconnected.
This is to make the phone call sound half legitimate but it’s 100 percent not.
Dodgy, probable scam, definitely fishy as they use middle names which I don’t use so they have documented this info somehow either from official documents that they shouldn’t have access to. I don’t know how or what they trying for but it’s annoying
I’ve had my cc details misused three or four times in 12 months in three different countries so with the Optus and tangerine data leaks plus a few other hacking incidents from targeting other companies (who knows how many) I’m hesitant in believing or picking up any caller from any number that I don’t recognise but these numbers of recent have raised my eyebrows once again.
The fact that no business name, personal names and the insistence of contact is numerous, this is a scam team working to ascertain information and trying to gain access to information that isn’t there’s to use
Go F yourselves u S..t stains Don’t answer. Or tell them where to go if u do pick it up. Untrustworthy. One South African female caller for memory One that sounds like a phillipino One or two Indian accent callers from the same series of numbers. The voice recording is an American accent which states the call is ending
Losers
