Wanted to check eligibility for a government subsidy and needed to be a homeowner under 59 years of age. As we are on the do not call register, they must be a group that does not obey Australian law and therefore I expect it is a scam.

A pleasant sounding Australian accented man. He wanted me to do a quick survey on Federal tax something. To be eligle I had to be under 59. That was as far as I allowed the phone call to go.

Has rung numerous times in the past few days. Rang 4 times in an hour today whilst I was at work. I answered and told them to bugger off, I'm at work and hung up. They haven't rung back. Have also blocked them.
