John, the survey company is rather upfront who they are. Provide details about Westpac and my bank manager. They didnt ask personal financial questions either, just a rating on the scale of 0 and 10 and the reason why.

How - unprofessional - When i call back the recorded message is pathetic. The beginning is cut off so that you cannot make out who the company is.

This phone number called me twice in the past week, when I answered phone, a lady called my name, and asked me to confirm my name, I didn't do it, just asked her who is it, then she hung up phone. I think it is a scammer

Said they were from Westpac and asked me to confirm my name. Asked them what it was in regards to, and they refused to answer unless I confirmed my name. When you call me, I ask the questions, not you. Hung up and have blocked the number permanently.

Calls received by this number at dinner time almost every second evening. No message left when unanswered. When answered several seconds pass before the caller speaks requesting personal information. Supposibly calling On behalf of westpac bank. They refused to provide credentials and authority over the phone. After terminating the call they continue to call back leaving no message almost every second day. I call the number back from a private line and it does not connect.

They have rung me two days in a row. I answer and keep on saying "Hello" but they say nothing, and then hang up.

Zina from TKW said she was calling on behalf of Westpac. She wanted to speak to my husband. I told her no chance. She gaily said she would call him back later. Gotta give her marks for thick skin!

Some sort of scam....supposedly from a "TTW" asking about air travel....rang on a Sunday morning...WTF???

Call from this number (from Dendenong) around 12.41pm today saying she was conducting the survey on behalf of Westpac. Asking if my wife was so and so.Told her I am not interested and hung up! Dounbt Westpac would nominate someone to do the job!. High time the authorities nab her.

I get at least 10 calls a day from this number and then they call on different numbers.

Market research company left a detailed voicemail advising they were conducting market research on behalf of my bank. Seemed legitimate but l never returned their call. They did give me a reference number to quote so it looks like they may be doing market research for multiple companies.
