I called back the number (03) 8751 8451 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

I would not answer this number, but maybe it needs to be added to this site as it's unknown to me and if it was genuine, they would have identified themselves in a message. I suspect it's one of the electricity "information" numbers as I've had a few lately.
