Long delay after picking up...they did not hear my hello and I wasn’t going to repeat myself. When I said there was a long delay a rude Indian said he rang me 4 hours ago and no answer...I hung up and blocked number

I have requested they stop calling me repeatedly. They called me again and when I told them to stop and was explaining that they keep calling my work phone and it is not appreciated, the guy literally hung up on me. SPAM.
