I have been getting calls from them for months now, the number keeps changing and I have blocked many of them. I have now asked 23 times to be removed from their call list.

Caller: Said company name.. didn’t understand

I asked what the company did because I didn’t understand the name. They hung up.

Caller: Option Goup SCAM

This is a group called Option Team. They continually change their number and once they get through to you they just keep calling daily. I have been told by 4 different people who have called me that they will put my number on the do not call register but they keep calling. It sounds like a call centre but the last time I asked for their website to have a look at it while I was on the phone with them they hung up. If you call them back you only get an answering machine.

Caller: Overseas Call Center re my Energy Bill

Overseas Call Center, didn't say what company, I couldn't understand her. Wanted to know if I am spending too much on my Energy Bill. I said "no thanks" and a few more words and hung up. Should have realized it was spam from the number, wasn't paying enough attention.

Number router through Dandenong from INDIA, sales representative claimed the company has been authorized by the Australian data collection services to use information that is private to keep interest.
In this instance the caller claimed to have a cheaper electricity option.

Hung up as soon as I said my name. Possible scam recording voice. Beware
