Bloody nuisance caller won’t stop ringing, don’t leave msg -why bother

Rang up asking about solar, told them I was off grid and don't need their services. I got abused, yelled at called a liar.. And they continued to ring back screaming down the phone saying they have my address until I blocked the number

Called me twice. Did not leave a message the first time and just breathed into the phone when I answered the second time.
