Caller: Someone wanting to "do a property appraisal as they are in the area today."

When I asked her where she got my number, she refused to say, other than "we have a list of property owners in the area." I asked where the list was from, and she claimed it was given to her. I asked her to remove my name from the list as she was still trying to push an appraisal. I told her the list was wrong, as I'm not a property owner and she then asked if I was a renter. I told her my living arrangements were really not her business, asked her once again to remove my name and hung up. She then rang back 4 times within the next minute or two (obviously I didn't pick up) until I managed to block the number. My recommendation is don't answer this number!
