Calls but doesn't talk

Called back from a different phone, very foreign sounding voice. Probably trying to sell something. Best idea is to block number.

The number of my block list is growing and growing

Some electricity scam. called back the number and told them to go f*ck themselves. they have called multiple times.
I'm worried that if they f*ck themselves they may get pregnant and multiple. I hope a plague comes out to destroy these pests... or a plane flys into the building they are calling from.

don't understand how they can get away with the constant change of phone number. glad I don't know anyone with a 03 area code. their number would most probably be on my blocked list. personally I think phone companies have a lot to answer for allowing this.
