Caller: NBN Caller was a female, said they were from NBN and that illegal activity had been identified on my NBN account, as a result my service would be disconnected.
They were in a very noisy call centre environment and hung up on me after i asked to many questions: - they wouldn't say what business they were from and did not know what the acronym NBN stood for. - they had none of my details: name, address, which internet provider i was with or what service of mine was to be disconnected.
I confirmed directly with my internet provider that there were no concerns with my service or account.
