disgusting customer service.
cancelled account by email and post and then they call and ask why, I tell them, I have submitted cancellation, stop harrassing, then they still transferred account without authorisation, Very SHIFTY LUMO ENERGY - do NOT Recommend

I switched suppliers and have had phone calls daily from this number. Assume it is Lumo energy they never leave a message

keeps calling my mobile but hangs up ...no answer

They keep calling and calling and I don't even have my utilities with them.

Just had this no looking for rex adv not here whoever was on the other end was rude advised again he doesnt live here and terminated the call

Calls, rings twice then hangs up and calls 2 mins later, no message left, HARRASSMENT! Figured it's LUMO ENERGY....
